Known as Sea Holly this attractive plant forms clumps of deep green heart-like leaves. It has unique and long-lasting deep blue flowers from summer to Autumn. Flowers attract beneficial insects and bees making them ideal in pollinator gardens. Use in borders, containers and meadows.
Useful for flower arrangements or cut and dried for winter decoration.
Occurs naturally in central and southeastern Europe and Central Asia,
Adaptable to most soil that is well drained in a sunny position.
