A highly ornamental small bushy tree with a smooth grey white bark, the narrow leaves have a strong menthol fragrant.
Flower buds are peaked and pendant occurring in groups of 3 to 7 followed by showy yellow clusters of flowers produces in spring and summer.
Native to Western Australia.
Prefers a light to heavy soil in an open sunny position, frost and drought tolerant.
Although seed can be sown most of the year around if you avoid the coldest and hottest months of the year, the best time to sow is generally spring.
Germination generally occurs in around 10-28 days at a soil temperature of 18-22°C
