These large leeks are guaranteed to be the pride of any vegetable garden. Can grow up to 10-12 cm (4-5”) in diameter. Ideal for stir-fries, casseroles, soups, stews or a side vegetable. Baste with olive oil and roast the flesh becomes deliciously creamy.
