A high-yielding heirloom variety of large beefsteak-style tomatoes that ripens to a beautiful bright yellow, often with red stripes.
Slices easily with its sweet fruity meaty flesh, and produces few seeds.

Adaptable to most soils but produces the best fruit in deep free-draining soil with consistent moisture in a sunny position. Protect from strong winds, and support with stakes when required.
Harvest  85-95 Days.

Tomato seeds can be planted directly into the garden or in trays and containers. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, they can be transplanted into the garden.

When planting the tomatoes, it's recommended to plant them deeply, at least halfway up their stems. You can decide to leave the lower leaves on or twist them off. Planting deeply will ensure that the plant is anchored, and the buried stem will produce more roots, which will help the plant absorb more water and nutrients, resulting in more fruit production. Keeping the tomato roots moist is essential to prevent the plant from dying.
