Big fully double blooms with a very intense colour on vigorous plants to 1.2 m that blooms quickly from seed.
The blooms open from the bottom of the spire up, so the top is still in bud while the bottom is in full flower giving you weeks of colour from every spike.
Looks stunning in borders, suitable for drying.
Grow notes:
Tropical: Autumn
Temperate: Late Summer to Winter.
Cool climate: Late Summer to Mid Autumn or Spring.
Sow: 3mm deep
Best sown direct or sow in trays and transplant when large enough to handle.
Plant in a well-drained soil in a sunny position.
